Disco No Hassle Service
So what do we mean by our No-Hassle Service?
Its like this - we take all the pain out of organising music for your celebration. Its as simple as that. We are sure you have been to a celebration where the DJ was totally oblivious to the musical needs of the group and where he or she played music they liked themselves. We certainly have (not our own, fortunately!)
This is how it works - how WE work
Once you have booked High Sierra for your disco, we will help you to organise the music.
- First, we will send you a copy of our latest play-list for you to look at. This is a representative selection of music from our extensive music library and contains virtually all types of music imaginable - certainly anything you would normally need for a celebration disco.
- Next, we will give you a few weeks to examine the list. This will give you time to start thinking about the styles of music you would like us to play. There is room on the play-list to tell us which songs you definitely do want us to play, as well as those you do not want to hear!
- We can provide this on paper or electronically (in Excel format)
- There is space on the form for you to add tracks that are not included on the play-list
- We would also like to know what you consider to be 'Your Song' if appropriate. At some stage we would like to meet up with you to discuss your music choice and talk about other arrangements for your celebration, such as timings, buffet, etc.
- We would like some guidance too on what music you would like us to play at the end of the celebration
- At some stage we would like to meet up with you to discuss your music choice (and talk about other arrangements for your celebration)
- Send the list back to us about two weeks before the celebration so that we can:
- Check that we have all the tracks you need
- Organise the list so we make sure we include and exclude relevant music
- Although it might seem that you are doing quite a bit of work, what we are asking you to do is help us to make the celebration run smoothly
